Privacy policy

Your privacy

This policy explains what Hoarder Cleaning Company collects, why, and who sees it. Hoarder Cleaning Company is operated by an independent referral service. It is not a cleanup company, a health care provider or a government agency. You can reach it through the contact page. Last updated October 31, 2026.

This site connects you with independent hoarding cleanup providers near you. It does not do the cleanup itself.

What the request form collects

The form asks for your first name, a phone number or email address, your ZIP code or city, who is asking (yourself, family, a landlord or an estate), the type of property, a rough sense of the job and how and when you would like to be reached. The contact page also has an optional box for a short message.

The form does not ask for, and you should not send, health details, a diagnosis, medicines, photographs of the home, ID numbers or payment details. If you call the number shown on the site, basic call details, such as the time and the number that called, may be recorded by the phone service.

Every form has a consent box that is never ticked in advance. By ticking it you agree that Hoarder Cleaning Company may send your request privately to an independent cleanup provider near you, for that job only, so they can contact you about it. A record of the request and of your consent, with its date and time, is kept to show what you agreed to.

Who sees your request

  • The people who run this site, to pass it on
  • One independent cleanup provider near you, only for the job you asked about
  • The service companies that host this site and deliver its email and calls, only to do that work

Your request is not sold and is not used for anything else, such as marketing lists. Once a provider receives your request, their own privacy practices apply to what they do with it, so ask them how they keep your information private.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses the small number of cookies needed to work and may use basic, privacy-minded analytics to count visits to pages. These do not identify you by name. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.

How long it is kept

Requests are kept only as long as needed to pass them on, to answer questions about them and to keep the consent record. You can ask at any time for your request to be deleted.

Your choices

You can ask what details this site holds about you, ask for them to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent for any further contact. Send your request through the contact page and say what you would like done. Some states give residents further privacy rights, and those requests are handled the same way.

Children

This site is meant for adults. It does not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date. See also the terms of use.

Ask privately, when you are ready

This is free and private, and there is no obligation. Your request goes to the people who run this site, who share it only with independent cleanup providers near you, only for this job, and never sell it. Please do not include health details.
